When you buy from Rug Solid, you accept the following terms:

Delivery

We aim that all orders received before noon on weekdays are processed the same day and max. within 3 working days after receipt of order. If an item is sold out it will normally not be possible to purchase it in the webshop. Should you, however, have ordered one or more products which are not in stock, we will contact you for further clarification.

Freight

We deliver worldwide. The freight price is calculated automatically after you have entered the final shipping destination, and before you reach the payment page. The freight prices are as follows:

Free shipping above 135 €

All european orders above 135 € are eligible for free shipping with UPS. Note that free shipping is added in the "Payment" step in the purchase process.

Payment

We accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, JCB, Diners and American Express.

VAT

All purchases made within the European Union is subject to 25% VAT according to Danish law.

Security

Rug Solid encrypts all information on rugsolid.com with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that neither Rug Solid nor unauthorized read your card number or other information during the transaction and thus it is safe to shop with us.

When you complete an online payment by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in Rug Solid's shop when we use SSL.

Your personal contact information is stored in our customer database for later reference when you are shopping at rugsolid.com. Your personal contact information is only shared with our shipping and logistics partners to be able to ship your purchased products to you.

Your information is kept as long as necessary according to Danish law, after which they will be deleted. As registrant, you always have the right to send us objections regarding your registration. You also have the right to get insight into which information is registered about you. You have these rights according to theGeneral Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When choosing sustainable packaging from RePack

Rug Solid discloses to Plan B From Outer Space Ltd. the data necessary for the processing and invoicing of the order. The customers’ data is recorded in the RePack customer register, the data included in which is used for the processing and follow-up of the order, the delivery of the voucher and the care and maintenance of the customer relationship.

Plan B processes the customer’s personal data in accordance with the laws relating to data protection applicable in Finland. Plan B does not sell, distribute or rent the data to third parties. Plan B does not transfer the collected personal data to third parties for purposes other than those relating to the processing of the order or possible debt collection measures. Plan B retains the right to transfer data relating to a customer to the authorities if the customer has acted against law or contrary to good practice.

The customer has the right to review, rectify or erase the data on him/her from the customer register. For this purpose, please make a request in writing to the address info@originalrepack.com. The description of the data file is available at the Plan B web site at the address http://www.originalrepack.com. Access to the register is prohibited from persons other than those employed by Plan B or Rug Solid.

Right of withdrawal

Rug Solid offer 30 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition, and appropriate sound packaging as when you received it. If the product has been used, but otherwise comply with the 30-day period, it can still be returned. Rug Solid will then in each individual case assess the impairment on the item and make a partial refund.

When merchandise is received and approved, the purchase price is refunded to your credit card / credit card within a few days. We cover the cost of return if the item is damaged. If the item is returned without a complaint the return freight cost is subtracted from the payment refund. It is important that you follow our instructions so that we can expedite your case as soon as possible. Read more under "The Procedure".

A purchase can also be undone by denying receipt of the goods or by transferring the product to the packet distributor. Note that we do not receive packages sent by fax. COD.

Complaint

Rug Solid offers 24-month warranty under the Sale of Goods Act for shortcomings identified during its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by improper handling, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects must be notified to Rug Solid within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered or should have been discovered. If a complaint is within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

In connection with complaints, Rug Solid will reimburse reasonable return costs. Remember to get a receipt for shipment, so that we can reimburse your shipping costs. Note that we do not receive packages sent by fax. COD.

It is important that you follow our instructions so that we can expedite your case as soon as possible. Read more under "The Procedure".

Product returns

Reversal of a purchase or complaints:

1) Send a message through our contact formula where you state: Invoice number and reason for the return.

2) Pack the item in a protective packaging, write your name and address clearly and enclose a copy of your invoice / order confirmation, so we can identify the package and provide you with the best service possible.

Reservations for price errors and sold out items

We make reservations for typos, price errors and omissions excepted. Should your order be affected, you will automatically be contacted by one of our staff within 24 hours on weekdays

Payment

Terms of payment are as agreed with our sales representatives. The final payment date is specified on the invoice you receive via email once your order has been processed. Late payments are subject to a fine of 2% each month.

Complaint

Complaints on purchases made outside our webshop must be dealt with by the entity which handled the purchase. Rug Solid offers 24-month warranty under the Sale of Goods Act for shortcomings identified during its normal use. For this reason, the customer must have a receipt or other proof of payment for the complaint to be valid. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by improper handling, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. If a complaint is within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Should your store receive a shipment with one or more damaged rugs it is important that we are notified at once so we can correct it.
